Please arrive to your appointment at least 15-20 minutes early, and arrange to have your pet’s previous records and other relevant documents emailed or faxed to us as soon as possible. This gives us time to set up your account and have your pet’s records reviewed by your veterinarian ahead of time so that we can spend your appointment time focused on you and your pet!
